Successful businesswoman and CEO for 32 years.  Built a multi-million-dollar business from scratch.  I am a very energetic, hardworking human.  Never had a lawsuit and took excellent care of my customers.  My employees stayed with me for decades and so did my customers.  I am a conscientious person and thrive to do good in my community.  It turns out, good work pays off.  I was a stockbroker for 10 years and was broker of the year.  Again, no complaints or lawsuits.  Clean business.  I have always treated my customers and employees as the priorities they are and with respect and appreciation.  I have a zero-tolerance policy for mendacity.  I always have.   Many of my brokerage customers followed me into my construction company and stayed with me until their deaths.  It was an honor to serve them and was very grateful to their loyalty and trust in me as a person.  Life is good.  God is good.  Hard work and integrity pay off.

Why are you interested in serving on the CCC Board of Directors?
I am a year-round resident of our beautiful community. I am interested in being on the board because there have been several costly lawsuits, large financial waste due to errors and settlements. They are a waste of my and your money. I have also experienced mendacity by board members who are putting us all at risk of another law suit. Straight, clean business. Consistent application of the rules. Acknowledgement and resolution for homeowners when the board has ignored its job and deviated from the rules for DECADES. Stop harassing people who want to improve their property.

What experience or specific skills do you possess that would help the Board function more effectively?
Clarity, excellent work ethic, decades of successful business ownership. A complete LACK of mendacity and a very logical, practical mind.

What are your goals as a Board Member?
Eliminate haphazard application of our CC&Rs. Resolve all current long-term issues that the board has chosen to ignore for DECADES. Make our community as fire safe as possible, protecting all of our assets. Allow people to have dogs in enclosed spaces! STOP board members from lying, as some currently do! Reduce liability, insist on consistent application and change communication from inbound to outbound Make our community safer.

Are there things you would like to change to improve the community and/or the club?
As I mentioned, I live in the community FULL TIME so my focus in on community standards. Where the board has IGNORED improvements made by homeowners that are already done, LET THEM STAND! STOP arbitrary application of stated standards. STOP willful ignoring of obvious problem houses. SUPPORT community standards. GRANDFATHER changes that are ALREADY MADE and have been ignored for decades. Basically, tie loose ends up and begin having consistent community standards.
